OMRI SEGELMAN

Executive Vice President

Omri has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of global intelligence and international security operations. His last position was an equivalent of a Brigadier-General working under the Prime Minister’s Office of Israel, where he held various management and field positions.

After his retirement, in 2015 Omri was recruited to establish and manage the Global Jewish Security Department for the World Jewish Congress, where he actively enhanced the security of the Jewish communities in many of the WJC's affiliated communities in over 100 countries. He held top level dialogues with Governments and Security Agencies, helped upgrade Physical Infrastructure, utilized Open Source Intelligence technologies to identify risks, and trained the communities in Crisis Management and continuity programs.

As the Executive Vice President, Omri will be in charge of developing strategic alliances and intelligence programs supporting the operations. He will be involved in all of Scopus’ activities worldwide. Omri has a BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and currently resides with his family in Tel Aviv, Israel.
